With extensive expertise in combining environmental impact studies with the planning
and creation of construction plans, Caruso joining the firm greatly elevates the design, siteplanning, construction and energy saving services the firm furnishes for its clients.
Working closely with MSA as a consultant on numerous projects previously over the course of several decades, Caruso also brings extensive experience working in municipal engineering and land use planning. Most recently, he worked as a Municipal Engineer and Engineering Consultant for several towns in Rockland County, New York, where he worked on services including road/highway design, drainage studies, improvement/inspection services for infrastructure projects and boundary and topographic surveys.
Caruso holds his Bachelors of Civil Engineering from The College of the City of New York and his Master of Science, City Planning from Pratt Institute. This combination of education and field experience allows him to bring a mastery of engineering that will greatly augment the firm’s ability to better serve its commercial, residential, educational, municipal and institutional clients in and surrounding Rockland County.
