Two Florida Homes illustrate MSA's design versatility

 
Michael Shilale Architects, LLP (MSA) has several recent waterfront projects that tested their design versatility.   In southwest Florida, elevated flood levels and high wind loads challenged the architects as much as the clients' desire for a contemporary aesthetic.

Michael Shilale, AIA, LEED believes that design styles are to architecture what language is to poetry.  Each client and project have their own needs, goals, dreams and desires.  MSA listens carefully to the client and creates design solutions that speak to their particular requirements and aesthetic.

Back in NYC - MSA supports NYS School Board Members

 Once again Michael Shilale Architects, LLP (MSA) showed off some of their recent successes at the statewide convention for New York State School Board Association (NYSSBA) members in New York City.  Each year MSA supports this conference geared to inform and educate school board members.

The 2015 Building Condition Surveys are right around the corner and many were impressed that MSA was able to help North Rockland Schools implement a 15 million dollar capital improvement program at almost no cost to their taxpayers.  Bids for the 7 million dollar final phase of this program were recently opened under budget and ahead of schedule.
