North Rockland Central School District, along with Michael Shilale Architects, marked the culmination of the final phase of the EXCEL Infrastructure upgrades - part of a $15 million dollar Capital Improvement Program that had very little cost to local taxpayers - at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at North Rockland High School.

This was the tenth year in a row that MSA exhibited their work at this important conference. NYS School Board members and staff gather each year to better collaborate and inform school board members on the many challenges confronting public school education today.
