And Announces $1,000 Media Grant Winner!
This year marked the 104th Annual New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA) Convention and Expo, held in New York, New York. Since 1920, NYSSBA has supported school board members and educational leaders by providing vital information, training, and advice on matters affecting school governance. NYSSBA collaborates with various educational organizations to promote excellence in public education.
The convention celebrated over a century of success in fostering communication and learning among schools, businesses, and leaders. It provided an opportunity for participants to connect with clients, both new and returning, and gain insights to help school districts improve and thrive.
Michael Shilale Architects, LLP has proudly participated as an exhibitor at the NYSSBA convention for more than 20 years. This year, we were excited to once again share our expertise and extensive experience working with school districts on projects such as Energy Performance Contracts, new classroom designs, new turf fields, press boxes and therapeutic pools. We are honored to play a part in shaping the environments where students learn and grow.
As always, we hosted our annual Media Grant Prize Giveaway at this year’s convention. We extend our gratitude to everyone who participated, and a special congratulations to Fallsburg Central School District on winning this year’s $1,000 prize! Also, a special shout-out to everyone who loved our MSA-branded yo-yos, which were a huge hit at the event! We look forward to helping schools improve even more.
