After successfully completeling an innovative and cost saving addition of four classrooms to this building in 2011, we were selected to design another addition as well as a therapeutic pool facility.

Cost: $10,000,000

Features
An innovative 'floorless' modular technique was utilized offering many advantages. It allowed a connection to the existing building and the exterior without stairs and ramps. It also minimized the construction time on site, reducing the impact to the existing program. Most important to this BOCES are the financial benefits of a modular projects.

Utilzing strategies to create better early childhood classrooms, such as direct connections to the exterior, increased daylight and views, and improved ventilation and controls- these spaces are the envy of every teacher.
