District-wide energy saving performance contract to support vital capital improvements.
Michael Shilale Architects, LLP (MSA) was asked to help the district implement critical capital improvements in difficult economic times. An Energy Saving Performance Contract was the best solution; a seven million dollar capital improvement project at no cost the to the district or their taxpayers.
