The modular building method delivered a faster, lower cost solution to the Diocese. While modular building is commonplace, MSA's expertise in both school construction and modular techniques proved very valuable. Many changes and improvements to standard modular construction were adopted by the school.
Client: Roman Catholic Diocese of Patterson Location: Sparta, New Jersey Size: 22,000 sf Capital Cost: $4,000,000 Completed: 2016 Most importantly were the recommendations by MSA for improvements in finishes, doors and hardware, lighting and HVAC systems. These improvements will help the school save energy and have a higher performing school that will be easier and less costly to maintain.
